         My perception in Faculty Record Management at UiTM Puncak Perdana is the program provided a very good subject to learn , such as appraisal, preservation, digitization, electronic record (Dgflo) and many more through my  degree life.

         Activity and program that has been done by the faculty also attractive and informative. One of the program that can't be forgotten is program Family Day IREC at Lembah Pangsun, Hulu Selangor 2016.  This activity is involved between student and lecturer at faculty records to do activity such as night walk, swimming down the river, bbq and many more. The result of the program is relationship between the student and lecturer are become strength and like a family - Yusuf Ahmadi

          From my view in the information management faculty is important institutions that give us a lot of exposure in the records management and also for me in information system management as my core subject it teach me on how to be a good system analyst and programmer also I’ve learn on how to manages records and to proper store the records so that it can be retrieve when needed . also it’s a great expirence to feel both campus Puncak Perdana and also Machang Kelantan, both of these institutions teach me lots of things and give me a good experience to me.

I am Bachelor of Information Science (Hons) in Record Management student (IM246) and now I am a final year student after done with 6 semesters. My previous educational background was as student of Diploma in Accountancy which took about three years to graduate. When I decided to major in Record Management , I really had no clue what I was getting myself into for the next 3 years, but I can safely say maybe this is fate that given by Allah to bring me to this course so that i can gain a new knowledge in this field. I admit that I had crucial time to finish this semester as a final year student. Life as degree student has taught me many things such as brotherhood, depend on Maggi, friendship, game and struggle throughout the semester, especially during the final semester.

From my perspective as final year students, we have many challenges to be faced, but with a strong will and Insyallah, I believe we can deal with it smoothly.Besides, I am as a student proud with UiTM nowadays because they successfully provide a quality and knowledgeable students with skills and confidence to take the next steps towards realizing their career goals. Besides, they also committed to providing us with the best possible lecturer experience, creating the ideal environment to help us succeed.  During two year of my degree life as a student of the record management program, I has realized this program is very interesting and important. This program has made me realize the importance of managing the record in the organization. Record itself can be consider as the heart of the organization, if we cannot take care of the heart then surely the organization will face a lot of trouble and problem. I also has been exposed to the appraisal, arrangement and description importance of record, digitization, the challenges in managing records.

 Besides, this program provided an interesting study technique such as hand on training  the student in managing the record. Not only I learn about the theory of managing record but the faculty also involved the practical practice in study process to prepare the students for their working environment. I myself has the opportunity to personally managed the electronic record keeping  system such as DGFlo system which is the record keeping system that been use by government agencies.  The faculty also provide facility needed for the learning and study purpose for students. Besides, the lecturer here are all an awesome individual. I am grateful because i had the opportunity to learn from them. In short, record management is really interesting and attractive to me. - Izdihar Ramli

From my perspective as student from Faculty Record Management, record is vital important item in every organization that contains the valuable information. This faculty will serve and help students on how to manage the record with more precise and perfectly according the guidelines. So, they can recognize on how to differentiate the value and non-value of record which can be used in certain organization for the future.

Nowadays, every business organization requires a professional and expert on handling the record and document with more accurate. It is very important in an organization to manage the recordkeeping data based on their major categories. Thus, it will open up for the opportunities of fresh graduate to adapt their skill and knowledge to handle this situation. - Hilmi Iskandar
